  • Accepted payment methods: Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED.

  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing information and authorize charges to your card.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery area: UAE only

  • Courier: Quiqup

  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the product is transferred to the carrier.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Used, damaged, or non-original items are not eligible for refund.
