1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • There is no restocking fee.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@daremir.com and provide your order number and reason for return.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions, including the return address. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

3. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@daremir.com, including photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
