1. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, orders may already be processed for shipping and cannot be canceled.
2. Refunds
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed, depending on your bank or card issuer.
3. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure order details, including items and shipping information, are correct at the time of purchase. EMIR BOYS CLOTHING FZCO is not liable for cancellations due to customer errors after the 24-hour window.
