1. Delivery Process
All orders are shipped using trusted third-party courier services (currently Quiqup) to ensure safe and timely delivery. Each order is carefully packaged in good condition before dispatch.

Upon delivery, the customer must confirm receipt by signing a proof of delivery receipt. This signed confirmation ensures that the order has been successfully delivered and accepted in good condition. Customers are advised to check their items immediately upon receipt and report any damages or discrepancies to our customer support at hello@daremir.com.

2. Delivery Fees

  • Within UAE: A flat rate delivery fee of AED 20 applies to all orders.

  • International Shipping: Not available at this time. If international shipping becomes available, fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • UAE Delivery: 1–2 working days from the date of order confirmation.

  • International Delivery: Not applicable at this time.

4. Customer Responsibilities
To avoid delivery delays, please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete. EMIR BOYS CLOTHING FZCO is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Damages and Returns During Delivery
If you receive items that are damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer support immediately. Retain the packaging and proof of delivery receipt for claims processing.
